The curved staircase is elegant and creates space for a tall window and decors. The HVAC, although needed only occasionally, is available. The floors are exquisite- Saltillo-style patios, French limestone from the ancient seabed with images of marine life, and decorative hardwood. The beauty of the courtyard and garden harboring hummingbirds is a joy for ever!
