The Latch is a luxuriously and spacious traditional three bedroom ground floor apartment in one of the most sought after areas of town, with a beach front location and stunning views across to Bass Rock and the Fife coastline. It has well kept front and back gardens and a private parking space at the back where there is also a footpath to the green at the back and the tennis courts owned by the local club. Entering through the front door there is a hallway with plenty of room for golf clubs and sailing kit. The inner hallway is light and bright and off this are three bedrooms, the bathroom and a generous sized open plan living/dining area with brilliant sea views from the tall windows. At the other end of the room is the kitchen which overlooks the garden and has all the usual fittings and AGA range cooker.
The back garden is enclosed with seating and access to the back of the property to Coo's green where there is plenty of space for a game of rounders. This place will appeal to groups of friends or family who wish to be right on the beach yet within a short walk to the town's shops, cafes and restaurants. The harbour and Scottish Seabird Centre are just five minutes away with award winning visitors centre and boat trips available to the Bass Rock on one of the boats that sail from the harbour.
