The primary bedroom and brand new bathroom are also located on the main level with access to the deck - perfect for morning coffee! Second level boasts three additional bedrooms, one as a bunk room with another brand new bathroom. You will delight in the beautiful finishes to this charming one-of-a kind property. Property allows for a boat to be docked on the pier and use of two firepits. There is enough room for 2 cars to park at this property.
Additional notes:
Guests are required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection Policy for $69 in lieu of a Security Deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED. Pets are not allowed at the rental home or on the property. Unauthorized pets may result in a flat charge of $1,000.00 + any extraordinary cleaning charges.
