This space is a private studio in the back of a single family house, with a private entrance and outdoor patio + 2 bikes.
Guests will enjoy the new memory foam queen bed, with new pillows and linens. Studio also has a full bathroom, two sinks, walk-in shower and a kitchenette/microwave/toaster for basic cooking needs. Sorry no grill onsite and no access to main backyard.
Additional rules:
- no shoes preferred in house, only guest on reservation permitted on the property, no smoking
- Small pets allowed upon request for additional fee
- This home is one of two detached vacation rentals
Electric Scooters and Bikes: please do not park in front of house. Kindly park on corner at the end of the block.
We provide free bikes so sometimes they aren’t in perfect condition but you’re welcome to use as is. We try to schedule regular maintenance on them but as you can imagine they wear and tear over time.
Guests will have a private sidewalk and private entrance to the back studio. They will have full private use of the bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and tv area. Feels like a high quality hotel room in a perfect location!
You can reach us via the airbnb app if you need anything and we will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible, but you have automated check-in with a lockbox so you do not have to contact us if you prefer privacy.
1 block walk to Mission Bay. Ride your bike to Mission Beach or Pacific Beach. Walkable to kid friendly restaurants, bar or convenient store. Short drive to Sea World. 15-20 minute drive to airport, La Jolla and downtown.
