Pool heating requests and payments must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability during your stay.
*NOTE: DUE TO GUEST MISUSE THE TENNIS COURT LIGHTS ARE NOT OPERATIONAL.
*GUESTS MUST STRICTLY BE INDOORS FROM 10PM WEEKDAYS, AND 11PM WEEKENDS TO AVOID PENALTIES.

2.⁠ ⁠No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3.⁠ ⁠Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4.⁠ ⁠The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10.
