The House is fully renovated, located just steps away from the ocean and the Matanzas river. Two large patios give access to some of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the Florida. It is 2.5 miles from Marineland Dolphin park and 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America where the the Spanish fort is located.
First floor - private studio suite , fully furnished, has Queen bed, big L shape couch, kitchen and beautiful full bathroom. All freshly renovated.
Second floor - 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, in the living room 2 big couches. Sheets ...... Kitchens, 10 ft island and extra table giving plenty of seats for the Family. Kureg, toaster, crockpot, microwaves, and dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare amazing meals.
Every room has own TV, Netflix, Roku , Disney (all under your password).
We have full chest of table games to keep you and your kids occupied in the cloudy or rainy days. You are welcome to use it)
So, the house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 BIG couches, 2 kitchens, 2 large balconies ( 1 opened in the front for some time under warm FL sunshine and another roofed and fully screened in porch in the back for a delightful evening away from bugs)
Huge grill, with charcoal, gas and smoker on the bottom, for delicious memories.
4 easy private parking spaces .
Our house located on Devils Elbow, which is one of the best fishing spots in St. Augustine and the last natural inlet. So if you love to catch your own fish, bring your poles. There will be plenty of opportunity for this.
Delicious breakfast right on the beach 2.5 miles from the House located at Marineland Dolphin park which is great for family time.
This is a NO SMOKING HOME. If you smoke, please do it outside and clean up after yourself.
PETS- we love pets and we know many people do too. We don’t allow some pets- No Cats or farm animals. Dogs only and we require that you notify us of breed of dogs, weight of dogs and how many. You must clean up after your dog while outside and inside. Our beach is pet dog friendly but you must clean up after them. You are responsible for any damages including stains caused by your pet!
