Welcome to our beautiful and spacious 4-bed 2-bathroom self-contained home on The Grove. Spread over 3 floors and located on a peaceful no-through road The Grove is close to Cheltenham’s Town Centre making this charming home an ideal base for your short stay in Cheltenham.
Private entrance with porch and entrance hallway. Large double aspect lounge with feature log burner, plenty of seating for 8 guests and a flat screen TV. There’s a well-appointed kitchen diner at the rear of the house that leads to a pleasant, sunny garden with patio, outside seating and even a ping pong table for you to enjoy! Also, on the ground floor there is a games room with Foosball table, a shower room and a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs the first floor has 3 double bedrooms, one has a Super king Bed, bedroom 2 has a King Size bed and bedroom 3 has two singles. The first floor also has a modern family bathroom with shower over the bath. Upstairs, the loft has been converted into bedroom 4 which has a pull-out day bed that makes a standard double and its own desk for those needing to study or work during their stay.
The Grove has its own front drive for up to 3 cars with an EV charger that is free to use.
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.
