You’re in town, but not!- Villages of Five Points is just 2.2 miles from downtown Lewes and still east of Rt 1 Coastal Highway. The community has a grocery store, pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and a few bars too!

Please take trash to the dumpster, load the dishwasher, strip the beds, and put the sheets and pillowcases on the foot of the bed. Pool key fob must be returned to the hook next to the tv- if it is not, guest will pay $125 for a replacement fob. Quiet hours are 10pm-10 am. Failure to adhere to community rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no refund whatsoever.
