THE SPACE:
Our home is 5000 sq. ft under air and it sits on 4 acres of land, that's more than 3 football fields for football fans. This is a place to remember, a place where you can create your own experiences because it has so much to offer. On the inside of the house, you have access to 5 bedrooms with gorgeous views, 4.5 bathrooms, full Kitchen, full bar, very large living room with a 75inch TV, large screened in swimming pool W/ Pool Heater, expansive lanai with gas grill and ceiling fans to keep you cool while you enjoy the South Florida weather. It can be a perfect home for anything and everything you are looking for. It's an oasis that's close to everything you can ever want. It’s all about options. You will have just as much fun enjoying the grounds surrounded by the sounds and sites of many of Florida's natural wildlife. Have a seat around the tranquil pond and you will get a glimpse of a lot of different birds that likes to visit such as; Bluejays, Red Cardinals, Woodpeckers, wild ducks and maybe even some Peacocks. Other wildlife includes Iguanas, Turtles, Frogs, Rabbits and much more.
Lastly, you are still close to everything and only 2 minutes away from Florida's Turnpike and 15 minutes away from I-95.

If you prefer to venture further by visiting other cities like Fort Lauderdale and or Miami while making this your base, this also suits you perfectly since you are also only 2 minutes away from Florida's Turnpike and 15 minutes away from I-95.

With so much space we love our guests to have a blast while staying and encourage guests to BE CREATIVE on the 4 acres property. It’s a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful weather year round with family, friends and loved ones.
Layout:
The home is wonderful because it can be configured as an open plan, great for close families, or it can be configured as 4 separate suites for plenty of privacy.
For example if you need a place for your guests to stay and they don’t all know each other well, you can offer each group their own private suite.
The list of different optional “suites” is below:
1st) The fun bunk bed room has 4 bunk beds with a full bath inside the room and a common half bath accessible to all guests. **Additional charge of $100/ night for use of this room or the room will not be accessible.
2nd) The upstairs king master bedroom suite with separate sitting staging area as part of the suite.
3rd) 3 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. One bedroom contains 2 full beds, another bedroom with full size bed and another bedroom with one queen bed with full bath inside the room.
4th) Another room with 2 full size beds and full bathroom.
**RV Parking is available on the property

The Hacienda is in the heart of West Palm Beach. It has 4 huge open fields, a farm, private pond, cabana, tennis court and large screened in pool with a lanai. This is a grand home for those that
enjoy a large estate with lots of space.

All doors leading to the pool from inside of the home are equipped with sound
activated alarms that chime when the doors are opened. Please let us know if you would like to have them activated prior to arrival for additional pool and/or child safety. Thank you.*
Other things to note
Check in is between 4pm - 10pm only.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional charge of $25 per person per night after the 12th guest. We will charge this separately through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Thanks!
You must have prior authorization if you plan or expect more than 5 visitors at one time at this home that are not listed on the reservation.
Any person at the houses after 11:59pm is considered an overnight guest unless previously disclosed and authorized during your reservation. Please let us know immediately if you plan to have overnight guests that were not accounted for in your initial reservation.
**Please note: we do have a groundskeeper who lives in the guest house located on the far side of the property.**
-Music should not be heard past the front gate and all music outside should end at 8PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors!
POOL:
If you would like to use the pool heater please let us know at least one day in advance for us to get it ready for you. We charge $45 per day for use of the pool heater.

PETS:
Only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max on the property. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 to be assessed. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using waste disposal bags provided.Please notify us that you are bringing the animals prior to arrival.
*We have security cameras that record video and audio that are operational on the property in the outside areas, off the left side of the house.
Please note that if cameras are tampered with or for whatever reason are not operating, we reserve the right to come to the property to correct the issue*

We love our Mother Earth! Please be conscious to turn off lights when departing the home or not in use as well as usage of water and towels :)
CHICKEN COOP
We have a chicken coop on the property and also have some mini - goats. The chicken coop is located on the far right side of the house if you are facing it from the driveway. (On the side of the garage.)
There are FRESH eggs available per request from the chicken coop per request.
FARM ANIMALS:
We can have them removed if needed and if you are not comfortable having them around.
We just want to let guests know we will periodically have someone come on to the property to check on them and feed them. It won’t affect your stay at all and no one would be coming into the house .
Note: No Water Balloons Allowed in the property as this is a hazard for the animals. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning fees of $200.
Early check in / Late check out requests depend on the availability and is subject to a $75 fee. Please check with us first so we can confirm if possible :)
**RV Parking is available on the property.
Please take care of the home as if it were your own.
NO loud noise or parties are allowed. NO NOISE or LOUD MUSIC allowed outside after 8PM. We ask you to be respectful of our neighbors. Music the should not be heard past the front gate at anytime.
No fireworks are allowed on property.
No smoking of any kind inside the house. Including hookahs, e-cigarettes, or any kind of smoking at all as this will result in a $500 fine.
Ask us if you would like private lessons during your stay. We are happy to arrange to have a tennis pro available for lessons with an advanced notice
STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict no refund/no reschedule policy according to the cancellation policy set. No exceptions for any reason whatsoever without the purchase of travel insurance. Please inquire if interested and we can recommend options for you. If you have ANY concerns regarding the possibility of cancelling or rescheduling for ANY reason, including but not limited to illness, accidents, family emergencies, Force Majeure, pandemics, federal, state or local travel restrictions, etc, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect you against ANY and ALL unforeseen events where you would need to cancel or reschedule.
