Once you arrive at your destination, you are greeted by a private front courtyard with a pavered, landscaped pathway to The Garden House. Whether you are on a weekly business trip, seeing family or planning a vacation around the fantastic 3 National Parks or lake regions near Fresno, The Garden House is a perfect place for you to relax and spend private time. The Garden House is a large (approximately 800 square feet), cozy studio apartment decorated in a French garden motif, which includes: bedroom/sitting area with king size bed, full bath & shower, fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, full size refrigerator & complete set of cooking utensils). The family room area is fully equipped with 47' large screen HDTV, high speed wifi, BluRay player and couch.with matching chairs. The Garden House is detached from the main house to provide complete privacy, and includes the use of one parking space of the enclosed garage spaces.
Looking out through the two large windows to the rear yard, you will see a canopy of mature trees and lawn area bordering flower beds.
Oh by the way, if you have a small pooch, we are dog friendly (with my pre-approval and an extra charge).
Also, do not forget for your security of both your auto and personal items, The Garden House comes with the use of one bay in the garage with automatic door.

Summary: This little garden property was absolutely perfect, quiet, beautiful, cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice! Deni communicated regularly with us and is an absolute doll. We were in Fresno for a family wedding and had our corgi with us. Deni’s garden courtyard w treehouse is so charming. I walked around and admired the details of her careful gardening. The back window of the property is huge and private, looking out at more beautiful garden space. The cottage was nicely decorated, spacious w a vaulted ceiling, tongue and groove detail. It had everything we could possibly need. Great trip, great hosts … Deni and JOHN!! Charlie is their dog! Inside joke!
