Positive: The accommodation features were to a high standard. Large modern kitchen. Lovely leather lounge chairs. Huge table. 2 bathrooms. It was very spacious. Big plus was having grab rails in one of the bathrooms for my elderly father. Although very close to a main road, the surrounding lattice, plants, and vines ensured complete privacy.
Negative: Unfortunately the road is the main road to the port and heavy logging trucks regularly passing by ... at all times of day and night. So be aware that there is a reasonable amount of traffic noise. However I think the positive features of the property outweigh this negative for me. Unusual location of the property being at the edge of a carpark. But understandable once you know the history of the property.
