Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was large compared to other hotel/motels we had stayed in at OC NJ.

Negative: Their policy of no refund. A bad storm was coming in Sunday morning and they were calling for coastal flooding. We left a night early and they stuck by the no refund policy. I understand it's a business but it was unsafe to stay.
