Cleaned with diluted bleach & soap. Location, location, location. Light & Bright. Portland front porch for superb people-watching. Great beds. Spacious. Room for everyone to spread out and have some privacy. Walk or Uber/Lyft everywhere. Park your car(s) in the private driveway and go enjoy it! Basement apartment not included.

Our permit allows for 2 bedrooms. You are welcome to use the whole house. The front porch has great people watching. The private back deck & backyard are an "urban oasis." Our basement tenant has his own side entrance. He does not use the front porch except to get mail. He doesn't use the back deck or back yard, or driveway. His name is Buck. Super chill guy.
