A car is required to get around, and AWD is handy in the winter. You'll have a driveway with a few parking spots available to you.
Please also note that although you will see a hot tub on the property in the back yard, it is not currently functioning or available for use.
You may occasionally see people on the grounds providing snow plow or lawn services, taking out the trash, or completing other outdoor maintenance projects.
We are on a well and septic tank, so please don't flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets.
No smoking in or around the property. No pets are allowed.
We allow no more than 4-5 vehicles at the house at one time. All vehicles must fit in the driveway. In order to be good neighbors, we don't allow guests or visitors to park on the street.
