Modern appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, Ninja blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, dishware & flatware, and a few cooking books if you are looking to up your cooking game! Two seating options offered at kitchen island or breakfast nook area.
LIVING AREA: Smart TV with popular streaming apps, cozy sofa with comfy throw blankets, washer & dryer in hall, 1/2 bath with adorable mini-sink.
MASTER BEDROOM: Queen size bed, Smart TV with popular streaming apps, noise machine, spacious closet with drawers and hangers, master bath includes shower/tub combo, and small window for natural light.
2ND BEDROOM/OFFICE: Day bed, dedicated workspace with working desk and lamp, adorable dresser and gorgeous mirror to ensure you are ready to get the day started! Closet in 2nd bedroom is also spacious and includes hangers.

Summary: Such a great property! Top notch decor, well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The bed and linens were super comfortable, a dream kitchen to cook in, and the stocked cooking basics were a wonderful touch. Another huge plus was the close proximity to Old Town Ft. Collins, a short 10 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home!
