Positive: The apartment is located in a touristy town of Costa Teguise, within walkable distance to all the facilities - the beach, shopping, city center etc. It is located in the apartment complex with good infrastructure - communal swimming pool. green territory, faced and secure, very well maintained and quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor, it has a nice balcony, located on the sunny side, but not exposed to direct sun, so very comfortable at any time of the day. Apartment has everything one can need for a shorter or longer stay. The beds were comfortable, the water was running well, hot and cold, all the facilities were working. We didn't cook much at home, mostly breakfasts, but we found everything we could need in the kitchen. There were enough cutlery, dishes, utensils etc. The host, Elena, was very helpful, she provided all the necessary information about how to arrive and where to get the keys (it looked tricky at first, with double fences and locker, but with her instructions we found everything easily, that was not an issue at all). Elena also provided us a lot of information and tips about the island which we used well. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
Negative: The apartment is not brand new, but is well maintained. I have nothing to complain about.
