Positive: Great location, good size for a basement apartment. Beautiful historical facade.
Negative: The repellent used to try to get rid of mosquitoes stunk out the whole place and there were still mosquitoes everywhere. We had to block off the outside entrance to the spa area with chair cushions and towels and the inside entrance from the spa to the unit with towels under the door to stop the smell permeating the whole place. My teenage daughter gagged when we entered the building and wanted to leave. My wife described the smell as rotten garlic. I had a fan blowing in the kitchen toward the back door the whole time we were there to try and push the smell out the back door away from our bedrooms and living areas. We also bought $50 worth of candles to mask the odour. Doors and windows had to stay open, not pleasant when the temperature dropped and wind was howling in off the ocean. Spa was also dirty and combined with the smell we did not want to go anywhere near it.
