This home really comes alive in the summertime with fantastic outdoor areas that not only have everything you need but create the ideal holiday atmosphere. The main dwelling opens out onto two sundecks on either side, a smaller one out front and a spacious one out back with an outdoor dining table, sun umbrella and bean bags. This goes down onto the sheltered outdoor lounge furnished with a comfy lounge suite, BBQ, and pull-down windshields.
The main dwelling has one bedroom, a kitchenette, and a cosy living and dining room. The sleepout offers a TV lounge, and the converted garage offering an additional large sleeping area.
When it's time to hit the surf beach, grab one of the available boogie boards and take the 300m stroll to the seaside. There is even a cricket set available to make the most of the large sandy shore. When you get home off the beach, the outdoor shower is a welcome amenity to help wash off any leftover sand or if you prefer just kick back, relax and read one of the library of books made available for the guests.
