Relaxing and comfortable, with new furnishings throughout, the home has been designed as the perfect home base for your next beach trip. With a welcoming, open layout it's a great space to prepare and share a meal or cozy up on the couch in front of the warm, glowing fireplace. The garage is available for parking and storing beach toys. It's just a short walk to the beach, pub, restaurants, and all the fun at Cape Kiwanda. There is a perfect, family friendly trail system behind Dory Pointe with a lovely one mile loop, and there is neighborhood access to the nearby new skatepark. The low traffic loop in front of the house is great for small kids on bikes.
