Summary: Overall the space was very quaint for an older home. The property owner was very responsive when we had concerns about spiders and the leak on the toliet. She sent the cleaning lady right over and she addressed the issues we had. I was disappointed the outdoor area was used only for parking as the weeds had grown up round it and it was unusable for any hangout area. The living room area was very comfortable.
