Does not matter what the weather is like outside. The house offers many indoor activities. Have fun in the game room playing pool, ping pong, and darts. Or sit down at the poker table and play some Texas Hold'em.
There are lots of board games and puzzles.
Walk out the back gate and the lake is right there. No difficulty to access the water to enjoy your favorite water sport.
Bring your kayaks, paddle boards. or any floatation device and enjoy your own private 5 mile an hour cove. Great spot for kids on rafts, floaties, noodles and tubes
Moor their watercraft behind the house. while their is still availability. .We are abiding by all of the health requirements. The house is being thoroughly sanitized before and after each guests. Stay for a week or even just 4 days this summer. Come and have some fun with your friends and family. This house is truly the best LAKE FRONT place to be. It sits on the shoreline of a quiet finger of Lake Shasta. The cove is a 5 mile an hour zone with no other marina's sharing it.
The location is perfect on the lake and in the area. The house is very private but yet within easy walking distance to all the venues in town. With it encompassing two lots an empty lot on the other side, & the forest & lake behind it, you are in your own paradise. It is not crammed in a tight neighborhood and there is more off street parking than any other one around. Not only are we one of the closest houses to the lake but THE ONE with the MOST off street parking & the easiest walk to all the great spots. Once again the lake is in the backyard of the Shasta Lakehouse.. Walk down to your boat or take a refreshing swim or floating around. (flotation toys & beach towels are not provided) It is a 5 mph cove but 3 min. boat ride to main body. Full speed ahead.
Kayaking, canoeing & paddle boarding is perfect and peaceful. One of the many great things about the house is it's location. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac (kids can play on street)
It is not situated in a crowded neighborhood. And very private. No homes on either side and plenty of off street parking. Having a grand time at the house is a given. It butts up to the National Forest & the Lake. Our goal is to get our guests outdoors & enjoy the beautiful surroundings graciously offered by Mother Nature. Even though the house offers all the technology you need, we encourage giving it all a break while you can. Have that stress free vacation.There is so much to do on the property and the surrounding grounds that you don't even need to get your car. Once there, most folk simply don't want to leave.
