Positive: We didn’t stay at the beach house as this was unavailable due to maintenance work, we paid abit more and stayed at the Bay - it was absolutely amazing, waking up and winding down somewhere so beautiful, walks through farms and not far from a beach, my first trip to Devon and it was amazing and this place really lets you enjoy it with all the facilities it had and was really spacious and clean! Shout out to Kitkat services for hosting & maintaining such a beautiful space - only downfall was I got told about the cancellation to beach house a week before which caused a lot of stress
