This charming guesthouse is the perfect retreat for traveling couples, business travelers and anyone steeking a stylish and cozy accommodations in Abilene.
The guesthouse studio offers one full bathroom with modern fixtures, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas cooktop, and oven--all you would need to cook a delicious homecooked meal. The open-concept layout creates a bright and airy ambiance, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea at the dining table with seating for two. Relax in the cozy queen-sized bed with comfy linens, or unwind in the stylish seating area with a good book or your favorite movie on the smart TV. ADDITIONAL NOTES
+ This home allows for one off-street parking space and multiple on-street spaces. It also features a large backyard and patio, which is shared with the main house. The main house consists of two units—one is an Airbnb and the other is lived in by Eric, the owner/host. You may see him working around the house/yard, but he is nice and will give you your space. The guesthouse is equipped with an exterior camera to allow for seamless check-in and safety of guests.
+ This home is not a good place for guests who plan on smoking, vaping or 420’ing inside the space.
+ There is one, actively recording exterior camera, which records video and audio. The device is on the the exterior of the property only.

HOUSE RULES
Parties. Absolutely not. No outside guests (other than those accounted for on reservation) allowed in home or on property. If outside guests are brought into the home or on the property, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.
Smoking/vaping/420. Absolutely no smoking inside of the home. You will be charged a $300 cleaning fee if in violation. Please note that with the owner living in the other unit of the property it is very clear when smoking of any type is occurring.
Shoes. Please remove your shoes when inside the home.
Third party bookings. Not allowed and will be cancelled without a refund if the booking guest is not present for the stay.
Pets. No pets are allowed, no exceptions. If pets are brought into the home without permission, you will be charged a $300 fee.
