Positive: Fabio and his father were wonderful hosts, helping us with information and anything else we needed. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely terrace and well functioning air conditioning (very needed in the hot Italian summer). Our hosts provided us with food for the breakfast of our days, which was a big help since we arrived late at night and didn’t have any food. The decor is rather old but everything works well and is clean.
Negative: The apartment and the location are not suitable for people with limited mobility. The apartment is located on top of the (beautiful) Posillipo hill. This means that from the two possible entrances of the building you need to walk up or down respectively 2 or 1 long staircases, and another long system of steps, walk and lift to go to the beach, which is open only until 17:30. This meant that my old mother had to remain at home for the duration of our stay. Luckily she enjoyed the terrace and the view 🙂.
