The perfect campsite for campers looking to enjoy nature to the fullest. The property has 250 + acres. Elevation : 1,300' with numerous trails in the forest for camping, hiking & ATV's. There are two ( 2 ) camp sites on the property. Hogan's Landing and Crystal Pond. Hogan's Landing is a stand along private site on top of the hill and the Crystal Pond site located among the meadows. The Crystal Pond site is shared for swimming. Fire wood available for purchase at the camp site. This Hogan's Landing campsite has a spectacular view of the pond and valley . Running water with sink & shower located in a private area behind the tent. LED lighting is also provided at the campsite. You have access to the crystal clear pond with fountains, a swing, dock, canoes and paddle boat. If you like to golf, we have a Driving Range, along with a Horse Shoe pit and a Volleyball / Badminton net. Two ( 2 ) runways for those that want to fly-in. ( NY05 ) Fantastic Views!!!!! Sightseeing flights thru the valley available. At both sites we ask when leaving, they must remain as you arrived and what was carried in must be carried out. At present there are no dumpsters available. Final note : If you prefer to use the whole property exclusively please contact us and for an addition charge we will block the other site.

A totally unique campsite!
Guest Access:
This campsite is off-the-grid, offering the chance to relax, unplug, and experience nature! There is no electricity or WiFi, and cell service may be hard to come by. You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.
When it comes to bathrooms, this campsite comes with a solar camp shower (that will be filled with water and can be hung anywhere around your campsite you feel comfortable) as well as an outdoor camp toilet (you'll line the loo with a provided CleanWaste bag, do your duty, then remove the bag, tie it off, and throw it in the garbage).
When you arrive, you'll follow the map provided to arrive at your campsite. Parking will be close by and dogs are always allowed!

-A large canvas tent with a Queen-size bunk and two air mattresses
-A separate five person pop-up dome tent
-Picnic table and benches
-Outdoor camp shower and toilet
-2 Adirondack chairs
-Firewood for the campfire
What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows for the provided queen-size air mattresses
-Lanterns and lighting
-Bug Spray
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory!

Once you have booked please call for additional info about the site. Also if you would like to rent port a potty call for details to have a port a potty delivered . We have now completed a building with shower / bathroom facility along with a separate cabin for rent. Call for details.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.
If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
