Summary: The best thing of this hotel is the service. The staff is lovely and are always very helpfull. We had to check out very early because we needed to catch the train to Jakarta, so they provided us with extra early breakfast (delivered to your room). The rooms and bathroom themselves were a bit outdated, but were cleaned each day, and the shower was hot! So also no problems there. It's quite a walk from Malioboro street, but you can walk to the water temple, underground mosque and palace from the hotel. Also some nice restaurants around the corner. Highly recommend for Yogya travellers on a budget!
