Positive: The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. We did a self check in after hours and the staff sent us video directions to access our room. The hotel has direct stair access to nearby beach and only a short walk to Isola Bella and provided us with beach towels and beach umbrella. Great breakfast includes with many options as well as variety of coffee. Staff regularly checked in at breakfast time to ensure everything with the room and our food was ok and offered to answer any questions of the area. They let us remain in the shaded courtyard after checkout until our train time.
Summary: Incredible stay, with the most welcoming staff. We wish we could have stayed longer!
