Welcome to Our Starfish Villa at Palm Cay, a two-story 2,200 square foot, professionally designed townhome, 20 steps to the beach in the gated and child-friendly community of Palm Cay, New Providence, Bahamas.

A perfect location within the family friendly, exclusive Palm Cay community, Our Starfish Villa is just across from the white powder sandy beach and has a private large side-garden with grill and outdoor eating area. This luxurious townhome has thoughtful amenities, including free wi-fi internet and air conditioning to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Our Starfish Villa is newly renovated (2024) and features porcelain tile floors downstairs and beautiful wood floors upstairs. Natural light pours through its insulated windows.
The open floor plan downstairs is fresh and bright, beautifully decorated and allows for gracious, easy island living. The round dining table is just off the kitchen area and seats six. The well-appointed kitchen has additional seating and stainless-steel appliances and includes coffee and tea amenities for your convenience. The living room includes a large flat screen with cable tv and the internet.
The living area leads to a furnished outdoor deck for more relaxed dining and lounging. The large, private side garden has ample space for fun and games.
All bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, marina views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with two vanities and double shower with rainfall shower heads. Just off the master bedroom is a furnished balcony that overlooks the award-winning marina.
The second bedroom enjoys beach views, a queen bed and closet. The comfortable third bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and also enjoys beach views.
The second and third bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom with tub and shower. Downstairs there has a powder room with luxurious bath amenities.
There is a laundry space with washer and dryer.
The home is stocked with board games, books and some outdoor games. There are beach towels for your enjoyment.
Guests of Our Starfish Villa can use the beachfront Starfish Isle pool, a shared facility less than a minute walk away. The pool has an expansive deck with lounge chairs for your use after a swim or when just soaking up the sun. Guests of Our Starfish Villa also have access to the private Starfish Isle beach, tennis court, pickleball courts and children playground at any time without paying additional fees.
A short stroll from Our Starfish Villa is the beachfront club house & restaurant where Our Starfish Villa guests can enjoy meals or a drink. The clubhouse offers live music on Fridays and barbeque day on Sunday. There are usually other activities going on and guests may check for these during their stay. There is a Welcome Center where you can readily obtain information about the goings on in and around Palm Cay. The award-winning marina at Palm Cay offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more.
Our Starfish Villa is located 35 minutes by car from Nassau's international airport and within 20 minutes from downtown Nassau and Paradise Island during non-peak travel times. Renting a car is highly recommended.
There is an extra fee charged by Palm Cay for access to the Member's Pool, Beach and Members Bar. This entitles you to use the Palm Cay Club member's beach, member's bar and the member's pool. There is an additional fee paid to Palm Cay for use of gym, water equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards and tennis equipment. The access fee is optional, if you decide to opt into the programme your fee must be paid to Palm Cay after your arrival. Please contact Palm Cay directly for details as details vary regularly.
