Our private guest suite is ideally-located a stone's throw away from super trendy Five Points! Sleep in and get a perfect night sleep on the Tuft & Needle mattress (we get lots of compliments about it!) and wake up make make yourself a cup of coffee as you enjoy this bright sun-filled apartment, before you take in the neighborhood! Or you can take a relaxing stroll to Bongo Java for some amazing coffee and breakfast. You can also walk to the best pizza place in town in less than five minutes (Five Points pizza). Don't forget to treat yourself to some award winning restaurants - all within a short walk!
We had you in mind when we designed and decorated this lovely one bedroom apartment. It's comfortable and clean, as well as modern and stylish. The house is located on a safe street, with other well maintained homes, most of which are newly built or restored historical treasures. It is safe to walk to the awesome selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes nearby. This neighborhood has so much to offer, you won't have enough days to explore it all! We love to support our local businesses, and it brings us great pleasure to have you experience them.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of the booking for a reservation to be considered valid. An email and text will be sent to the guest regarding Identity Verification upon booking. Guest has 24 hours to provide the identification required by the payment processor for the reservation to be validated.

This Guest Suite is located behind the main house and attached to the garage. Please do not block the garage. The pool is not available for use. There is parking on the street - please DO NOT park in the alley or in the church parking lot (the church will immediately tow your car)
Strict non-smoking property. Smoking or drug use of any kind is strictly not allowed. $500 fine per day.

Please ask us about early check-in or late checkout. If our cleaners are able to accommodate, a $55 fee will apply. Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests.
Please use the provided make-up remover towels to remove makeup or anything that may stain a white towel. If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up.
No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.
For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
Pets are not allowed at this property due to allergies!
The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy.
If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $50 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.
Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old.
Locals will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held, per standards.
Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
DAMAGE WAIVER FEE: A $29 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is required for all reservations.
The Damage Waiver Fee is a non-refundable fee that relieves Guests of the cost for unintentional and minor accidental damage to the property and its contents, such as small scratches on doors, floors and walls minor stains or spills, broken kitchen items, etc not to exceed the amount of coverage (up to a cumulative amount of $500.00 of unintentional damage). The Damage Waiver Fee is not an insurance policy.
The Damage Waiver Fee is designed to cover unintentional, minor damages to the Property. It does not cover loss or damages due to:
Intentional acts or gross negligence. TrueAvenue has the sole right and discretion of determining an intentional vs unintentional damage;
Normal wear and tear of the real or personal property;
Any damage that occurs if you are in violation of the rental agreement or house rules;
Loss, theft or damage to any personal effects owned by Guest;
Loss, theft or damage caused by any person other than the Guest or Guest's visitors.
The Damage Waiver Fee also does not cover theft, unauthorized entry into the owner's supply closet, unauthorized pets, extensive cleaning required at check-out, smoking, exceeding occupancy limits or parking limits, and any other charges/polices in the Rental Agreement or any fines imposed by the City, County, State or Home Owner Association as the result of violation of any law, ordinance, rule or regulation or any fines or costs levied against Guest or visitors of Guest (Excess Damage Costs). Guest will be notified of any Excess Damage Costs, which will be charged to the Guest. Guest assumes full responsibility for any items found to be missing and any damage due to misuse, negligence or action on Guest's or Guest's visitors part, except in the case of normal wear-and-tear reported to Manager within 12 hours of Check-in. Any Damage caused by the Guest or Guest's visitors should be immediately reported to TrueAvenue.
