The Tahoe Keys in South Lake Tahoe is a premier waterfront community with fantastic community amenities. This exclusive neighborhood features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools( Indoor pool & hot tub facilities are closed until late July ), an indoor hot tub, private beaches, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, and a beach volleyball court with stunning lake views. These amenities require an additional fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys property owner’s association office. A rental agreement is required as proof of your stay.
This home features ground floor living w/ 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs, & 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs.
The living room features a 55-inch flat screen Smart TV w/ YouTube TV streaming, DVR, & over 85 channels, plus a gas fireplace for warmth & ambiance. There is a large comfy sectional sofa & recliners w/ seating for 8.
The formal dining room table seats 10, & there is additional seating at the breakfast bar. The cooks in your groups will delight in the large, open kitchen w/ granite counters, stainless appliances, & beautiful, newly refinished hickory wood floors.
Two downstairs bedrooms include a master bedroom suite w/ a king-sized bed, a Smart TV w/ YouTube TV streaming, & full private bathroom w/ shower. The sliding glass door opens to the deck. The second downstairs bedroom features two full beds and a TV with Apple TV streaming. The full bath downstairs features a tiled steam shower. Right next door is the sauna that can seat up to 4 comfortably. Truly the perfect way to relax after a day on the lake, or on the slopes.
For guest use is the laundry room, w/ large front loading washer & dryer, counter space & cupboards. Home includes 2 small workspaces.
The spiral staircase leads from the foyer to the large upstairs game room, w/ pool table, roulette/blackjack table, 50-inch flat screen Smart TV with YouTub TV streaming, DVR, & over 85 channels, plus a gas fireplace & plenty of seating.
Each of the upstairs bedrooms have their own flat screen TV with Apple TV streaming. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed & private bath w/ shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, & the third has two queen beds & futon sleeper. The shared bath has a full tub/shower.
You will enjoy the back deck in both the summer & winter. Sit around the fire-pit or BBQ a masterpiece on the gas BBQ.

There is AC upstairs to keep cool in the summer. Downstairs is not air conditioned.
