Relax in the private, peaceful, serene Country Gem. This property has Spanish-style charm and is located near the base of Santa Barbara's Los Padres mountains. Surrounded by eucalyptus and avocado trees, it is 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, you can quickly jump on the bike trail and walk or ride only 4 miles to Goleta Beach and UCSB or go left one mile and enjoy popular Tucker's Grove Park.
Country Gem is so spacious and open with Saltillo tiles throughout. The first floor is the main living area with a large living room, a cozy couch that sleeps two comfortably, a roomy chair, a workspace with a desk and chair, and a large fireplace with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious meal with chef-inspired pots and pans, a new stove with a stainless-steel hood, and a butcher block for extra counter space. In addition, the large dining table adjoining the living room seats four people. Also located downstairs is the bathroom with a walk-in shower for two people and a large tub to soak in after a long day at the beach!
Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a balcony opening to beautiful views of the mountains and eucalyptus trees. Enjoy the peaceful energy while sipping your morning cup of joe! The bedroom has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, side tables, a dresser, and plenty of closet space. Please note that the bathroom is downstairs.
Outdoor living is delightful in this little gem. Enjoy a vast yard with a couch and loveseat, a grill barbecue with friends, and a backyard with two relaxing Adirondack chairs.
