Summary: The property was a great stay for my business trip. I usually stay in Lawton or Duncan but I wanted to check out the area in medicine park. My husband and my two dogs were with me and it was an excellent stay. The place was perfect for two people. Four would be a bit cramped but it was perfect for our stay. The area was right off the main strip and was super easy to walk around. It has a microwave, Kruieg coffee maker, refrigerator and a smaller sink. It was nice having the extra amenities but we ended up eating out at the restaurants. We loved the decorations that made us feel at home and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The WiFi was great for me to use for work and they have Roku. My only recommendation is to bring a flashlight at night if you want to venture out and the bathroom has curtain, not a door. If you’re sharing the room with other people and want privacy in the bathroom, it is a curtain. Otherwise, the place is chic, inexpensive and a great get away from the city. We recommend Bootleggers for a drink and lunch, Joe Mountain Breakfast Bar for an early morning meal, old plantation for dinner and if you’re around during the week, the Refugee Alehouse for open mic on Thursdays! The area is full of wonderful people, a relaxing atmosphere and art. It was such a great time, we added one more day. Nice Towels are available, nice shampoo and conditioner, a first aid kit and Utensils for whatever. You don’t need to bring a whole lot of stuff.
