Summary: The hot water in the shower came out in a dribble, not enough pressure to come out the shower. I had spent the day out in the desert and was dusty and tired. I asked the hotel if they would give me a credit, or refund me. They referred me Hotels.com where I had purchased the hotel – – and said there was nothing else they could do. I also needed something shipped, and asked if they could cover that cost – – but they would not. The hotel should have been more accommodating to me. I will try to get a refund through hotels.com.
