This is an excellent Patio Home, nestled at the Base of the Rocky Mountains and within minutes of Old Town Fort Collins, that boasts many of the Top Micro Breweries in the World, (Odell's, Coopersmith, New Belgium, Horse and Dragon, and So many more). This home is situated on a 27-Hole golf course, Pelican Lakes (boasting the most waterfront of any course in North America). Also, 5-Large lakes with some of "the" best Game fishing in All of Colorado,
The Patio Home, has Granite and top end finishes throughout, with a Main Bedroom and private bath on the main level...2-bedrooms down with a Full gorgeous bath as well and a Complete Wet Bar with TV and game room.
A Large gorgeous Full Kitchen on main level for gourmet cooking if you so desire, a Great room for watching TV and huge washer and Dryer to stay ahead of your laundry.
The back yard has a walkway for that morning or evening walk to the lakes behind the home, as well as a Large Putting Green and a massive Wine Vineyard to pluck fresh grapes and sip on your favorite Wine by the open fire pit in the evening.
A short distance of 50 miles to Downtown Denver, Estes Park, and easy 10-minute access to I-25 for hitting the slopes or taking a fabulous Mountain Drive.
