Park your car in the designated free parking space and never move it again! Walk to everything (beach/boardwalk, restaurants, attractions, spa's, library, nightlife, and shopping). This condo is located in-town 1 block from Rehoboth Avenue. 50 yards from beach & boardwalk. 3 night minimum stay.
This remodeled studio has been totally sound proofed ! Porcelain tile floors throughout. Condo has full kitchen and queen size Murphy bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom has a porcelain tile floor with a glass tiled shower. Comforters and pillows provided. Guests must bring bed & bath linens & toiletries.

Summary: Hubby and I decided to celebrate NYE at our favorite place, Rehoboth Beach at the last minute. We found the perfect location with the perfect host. Easy, and prompt communication. The bonus was the NYE toast/dance party at Shorebreak.
