This beautiful beach house is perfect for families or couples. It has a full kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. It has a gas BBQ and undercover outdoor area. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom a separate bath. There is a full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Three of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and fans with air conditioning in the main living space.
The house is 2 minutes’ walk to the beautiful Warana Beach, 5 mins drive to Mooloolaba and 15 minutes to Caloundra. The house is also located 5 mins drive from the new Sunshine Coast hospital precinct.
Located in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful palm trees & friendly people. Walking distance to a several coffee shops including B fresh deli and Jimmy’s, a local bottle shop, fruit shop and Asian take away.
Dinner options also include Pt Cartwright Seafood Market so why not take some fish and chips to the beach or take a 5 minutes’ drive to the fabulous restaurants of Mooloolaba.
Take the kids to Sea Life Sunshine Coast, Aussie World or walk around the Point Cartwright lighthouse and watch the sunset. For any cold wet days take the family to the Big Boing Indoor Trampoline Parks or Rockit Climbing Gym which are both around the corner.
Treat yourself to a whale watching tour leaving daily from Mooloolaba or go on a deep sea fishing charter.
