Upstairs offers two bedrooms with Queen size beds and main bathroom with an added sofa bed located in the living area that leads out to the balcony with a 2pp outdoor setting to enjoy the stunning bay views.
Outdoors the lovely enclosed rear yard with established gardens is fully fenced with covered rear deck featuring a gas BBQ, roast hood and outdoor setting.

Summary: A beautiful home with a great floor plan (upstairs rumpus area & bedrooms, downstairs master). We really appreciated the location, easy walking distance to Mornington main street's wide range of cafes and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen (pots & pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, oils, spices). Comfortable furniture, easily supported parallel activities for adults & kids with our two small families (1 kid / 2 kids).
