This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.

Summary: Overall STUNNED by this property. This home is gorgeous and the cleanliness was astounding. I could not have asked for a better lakefront home. The home is huge and can accommodate so many people. We did not want to eat out as we loved the home so much so we were shocked at the supplies in the kitchen to cook anything you could dream of. We only had a few questions with the property management and they were swift and responded extremely quickly!! Overall a 10/10 rating on this home.
