Updated, clean & tastefully decorated 2+ Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa with extended lanai and 2 car garage. Villa boasts luxury features including new hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, porcelain tiles, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and brick pavers. The villa has all the comforts of home and amenities of a resort. It features a primary bedroom with a KING bed, closets with organizers, full en suite with walk in shower, large tub, double sinks and cultured marble counters. The 2nd bedroom includes a QUEEN bed, dresser, closet and is located on the opposite side of the house for privacy. The den/3rd bedroom features a queen pull out couch with upgraded (comfortable) memory foam mattress and LED Smart TV with digital cable. Sleeps six comfortably. The living room includes a sofa with two new accent chairs, LED Smart TV with digital cable, Blu Ray/DVD player. Comfortable seating for 6+ at the extra large dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The large lanai faces west, providing great sunset, nature preserve and water views. The outside features a beautifully landscaped yard and new Weber barbecue grill.
The Kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, cups and glasses. The villa also features a laundry room with clean new LG washer and efficient dryer.
Gran Paradiso is a gated resort community with access to an incredible array of amenities including 7000 SF zero entry resort style pool, hot tub, clubhouse, large fitness center, billiards, poker tables, library, sauna and steam room. Enjoy biking, walking and jogging on the wide fitness trail, lighted tennis and pickle ball courts.
