Escape to a superb 4-bedroom estate in Waialua. This beautiful property boasts 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for a group getaway. Kai Mau Loa means never ending ocean in Hawaiian. Thats the feeling you get when you look out at the sea from this property. This is a completely recently remodeled home. We built this as our forever home but an opportunity arouse and now we are offering to you. No stone was left unturned when remodeling this house. We are enamored by our ocean view and wanted to preserve it through large Anderson windows and sliding doors. The kitchen stove is angled so that even the chef can enjoy ocean views and keep an eye on kiddos in either direction. Locally crafted kitchen cabinets. Quartz countertops for its beauty and functionality. Beautiful undercut Ohi'a post in the center of kitchen. Large subzero fridge. Induction stove. Miele dishwasher. Large split system AC cools the kitchen and living room. Two larger master bedrooms with private full baths. Two smaller rooms share full bath. Large grassy yard and deck to enjoy the sunsets and expansive ocean views. Hot outdoor enclosed rain shower (my favorite). Large carport for parking and storage. Outdoor enclosed washer and dryer as well as additional storage.
