Located on a peaceful suburban location just minutes from top attractions, including Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline Railroad, Chickamauga Battlefield, the Chattanooga Choo Choo, and more!
Enjoy a house full of amenities with a spacious living space, full kitchen, 2 master suites, a bonus bedroom with bunks and a half bathroom. Experience outdoor living with a private walled patio complete with fire pit, outdoor furniture, a charcoal BBQ, and fenced grass yard.
After enjoying your day exploring all Chattanooga has to offer you arrive home to a large private driveway with room for 3-4 vehicles. Don't worry about keys as you enter through the front door with the smart lock using your personalized entry code into the open and inviting living room. There you will find ample places to relax and unwind with 2 large sofas, 2 additional armchairs, and entertainment for the entire family. The living room is stocked with games for all ages and a large flat screen smart tv for all your streaming needs.
Just off the living room you will find access to the two primary en suite bedrooms with luxurious queen beds, wall mounted smart-tvs, and fully stocked bathrooms. The master suite boasts generous space for work and play. In the master suite you will find an office desk and chair for catching up on work or booking your next adventure, comfortable additional seating, a full walk-in closet, a luxurious queen bed with private smart tv. The arrangement of the bedrooms provides guests with maximum privacy and seclusion as they are located at the corners of the house.
Passing through the living room you come to the open dining room that features ample natural light from the french doors leading to the patio and a dining table with seating for 8! Just beyond the dining room is the spacious, modern, kitchen with all new stainless appliances and every convenience needed to make this your home away from home. Past the kitchen is the laundry and third bathroom, complete with full size washer and dryer, storage space, iron and ironing board to keep you looking sharp on during your stay.
Beyond the laundry room is the third bedroom, complete with a pull out couch for extra sleeping space, a twin over full bunk bed, and wall mounted smart tv. An idea entertaining room for the kids while the rest of the party enjoy some peace and quiet elsewhere in the house.
When you are ready to venture back outside, relax as you grill out on the made for entertaining patio space. The patio features comfortable, modern, outdoor chairs and table, firepit, and charcoal grill. Just past the patio is a fenced grass area for your pets and easy access to the driveway.
The entire home is yours to enjoy. The basement is unfinished and for utility access only. The garage is for owner supply storage.
There is a small camper trailer kept on the far corner of the driveway away from the house that is rented offsite separately.

Summary: The renovated cottage was very nice and roomy. There was plenty of space for our two families (total 7 plus a small dog). The small fenced in yard was convenient with our dog and the courtyard was very cute unfortunately it was too hot and humid to enjoy the space! Only issue was the mattress in the spare bedroom needs to be replaced as one side sags so much it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Fortunately, we were able to reassign the bedrooms so only one person slept in the queen bed. If we come back to Chattanooga, we would book again.
