Positive: Location was good. The apartment had what we needed and at least the lift worked.
Negative: The apartment was a lot more run down than expected. It wasn't that clean. There was a mold smell when you put the air-conditioning on. No shower curtain so the floor got soaked if not careful. I'm very surprised at the high rating of the property.
