Positive: It was located at a very convenient spot, with lots of public transportation options; it is easily accessible.

Negative: Firstly, no where in the description it is specified that the apartments are linked with one another, meaning that two apartments share the same lobby. This harms the privacy that it is promised by the property. Secondly, the minute we entered the handle/ lock of the door broke and we couldn’t open nor close the door properly. Thirdly, the apartment wasn’t clean enough, there was hair in the shower and bathroom, and the floor didn’t seem very clean.
