Welcome to Summit Lodge in Banner Elk! This beautiful five bedroom home sits atop one of the highest peaks in the exclusive Elk River community and offers breathtaking views!
Enter into the main level to admire the vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows allowing you to see for what seems like a hundred miles! There is a beautiful floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace to gather around with the family to listen to the wood crack and pop on a chilly evening. Off of the living room area you will find a lovely screened in porch to enjoy year-round! There is a half bath on this level.
The kitchen is located down the hall and features granite counters, stainless appliances including a double-oven and a large island with 3 barstools. There is a dining nook adjacent to the kitchen area with room to sit 6 people. The formal dining table is located between the kitchen and living room and can sit 8 people. This property offers a drip coffee maker so pack your favorite coffee grounds and a few filters!
The master bedroom is upstairs and offers ample privacy as you will have the whole level to yourself! This bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and deck access. Just down the hall is the bathroom with a large soaking tub overlooking the layered mountains and a walk in shower.
The other four bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home, each equipped with queen beds. Two of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and two of the bedrooms will share one full bathroom. Also on this level is another living area with an awesome pool table, wet bar and a large couch facing a flat screen TV. The perfect place to gather friends and family to enjoy a fun evening watching your favorite movie or a competitive game of pool!

Guests are required to submit a guest and vehicle list a week before arrival per POA rules.

Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
Guests have access to garage which is large enough for 2 vehicles. 2 additional vehicles can fit easily in the driveway.
