NEW! We are thrilled to welcome you to Summerland Views, our hilltop home that boasts 180 degree ocean views. This is a great family friendly space and wonderful place for lasting memories. You will enjoy ocean views from each room in the main living / dining areas, and the Master Bedroom has french doors that open to the large patio with ocean views.
Our 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths has a full kitchen, laundry room, huge deck that offers the most beautiful views, a private front yard with fruit trees and lawn, and a back yard that you can explore and enjoy with winding paths.
We are a short walk to town and the beach, though it's steep. Enjoy some great shopping and nearby restaurants. If you have any questions don't

Summerland Beach is great for long walks, horse back riding, swimming, paddle boarding, and relaxing. You can access it from Lookout Park or Padero Lane. If you enjoy hiking, you can follow the Montecito Trail Foundation on a few beautiful hikes straight from the house.
Bedroom Configuration:
*Guest Bedroom 1 has a Cal King bed with ensuite bathroom. Please note, there is an arch leading to the bathroom but there is no door - see images for more details.
*Guest Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed.
*Guest Bedroom 3 has a Twin bed and workspace desk.
Limit of 3 cars on the property at a time.
No Pets allowed under any circumstances. There will be an additional fee if pets are discovered on the property.
You have a private front yard with fruit trees and a lawn. There is a small fire pit with outdoor seating. The back patio stretches the length of the house overlooking the ocean and the "lower 40" which is our backyard. This is a large garden with winding paths. Guests have access to the entire property - except for the garage.
