The Space:
Flooded with natural light, this enormous three-storey family home is pet-friendly and features five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, three living spaces and a modern kitchen with all the required amenities to cook up a storm. The open-plan gourmet kitchen makes entertaining a pleasure with large bench tops, quality stainless steel appliances and overlooks the expansive deck with a leafy backdrop. Designed with families in mind, this home caters for large families and groups of friends with an abundance of indoor and outdoor seating options on each floor. Create long lasting memories and enjoy time away with loved ones in the amazing outdoor area featuring a pool, heated spa, pizza oven, swing and a large outdoor setting perfect for BBQ’s and alfresco dining. Enjoy happy hour on the back-facing deck overlooking the tranquil pool with stunning seascape views of Moffat Beach. From the second level of the home you’re delighted with views of the beautiful Glasshouse Mountains from the front-facing balcony.
Level 1
As you enter the home you’re greeted with the open plan living area with a lounge, kitchen and dining area with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen opens out to the outdoor deck overlooking the tropical garden and pool area. The living area features a plush leather 3-seater couch, 2 occasional chairs, smart TV, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. This level of the home is complete with three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Bedroom 3: This room is located on the first level of the home and is complete with a comfortable queen sized bed, ceiling fan and adjacent to the bathroom.
Bedroom 4: The perfect kids retreat decked out with 3 single beds, a ceiling fan and positioned next to the bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Overlooking the pool the area this room is complete with 2 single beds and a ceiling fan.

Level 2
The top level of the home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan landing space with a kitchenette and a large L-shaped lounge that extends to a front and back balcony. This area of the home features glass expanding doors that open out to a balcony seating area for two, with picturesque views of the Glasshouse Mountain. The expansive deck on this floor is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful views of Moffat Beach. With an outdoor lounge and dining setting for 10, this space is ideal for long lunches and family BBQ’s.
Bedroom 1 (Master suite): Located on the top floor of the home, the spacious master is complete with a king bed, walk-in-wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV and opens out to a balcony with ocean views overlooking the pool area.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located on the edge of Moffat Beach and is positioned perfectly within a 5-minute drive to Kings, Shelly and Moffat Beaches. The closest patrolled beach is Kings Beach which features a surf club, cafes, a beach pool and playgrounds. There is a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all close by. Moffat Beach is in a great location with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of coastal cycling and walking tracks.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it. The bus stop is approximately a 10-minute walk to Edmund Street where the bus can be caught to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
