The outside area gives you a mix of sun and shade and ton of space for trailers, parking and playing. With ATV trails only 1 mile away you could have days of enjoyment riding with a great place to relax and sit around the fire. With the Heartland Bike/Hiking trail only a mile away traveling to Nevis, Park Rapids, Walker could be done by car/bike/snowmobile.
