The summer fun starts here at 7 Leeann Drive! This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom has everything you need to make memories that will last a lifetime.
The fantastic outdoor space and outdoor amenities sets this property apart from the rest. Kick back, relax, enjoy the sun and then take a refreshing dip in the pool. After your swim, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Grill your summer bbq on the gas grill, mix up your favorite libation at the outdoor bar and enjoy! There is plenty of seating with two outdoor tables both with umbrellas, additionally there is an outdoor sectional couch with cocktail table and umbrella and numerous lounge chairs/seating.
Let's not forget about the amazing backyard that is perfect for lawn games. 2 corn hole, cross net volley, and badminton set are all provided for tenant use. There is an outdoor firepit with surrounding Adirondack chairs. Grab the marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers to roast the perfect s'mores.
This home is equipped with desired central air conditioning and space for everyone. On the first level of the home, you will find an inviting living area, equipped kitchen, lounge room, dining room and half bath. All 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths can be found on the second floor. The primary suite has a tempurpedic king bed with an ensuite, TV and truly divine balcony. On the balcony, there are two lounge chairs and side table allowing for the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Down the hall there is one bedroom with a queen bed, and two with full beds along with the second full bath. All the way down the hall is the back bedroom that can be used as an additional living space. In this room, there is a king bed, queen bed, comfy couch, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom.
More fun and memories will be made in the finished basement. It is utilized as an exercise/playroom. There are various hand weights, workout ball, bench, Peloton and array of child and adult games. This includes large Legos, Potato Head, Brio train tracks, and dress up clothes. Last but not lease is the ping pong table. This space is set up for you to have a blast listening to music while playing your game of choice.
Narragansett Town Beach is a short drive away along with local restaurants, shops and markets. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pails, buckets, and coolers are all conveniently provided! This home's specialty is that you never have to leave in order to enjoy summer in Narragansett but if you choose to, everything is only a short drive away!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Summary: Such a great house. It fit 7 adults and 4 kids perfectly. The pool and the ping pong table got endless use. The house is only 5 min from the beach and 25 min from Newport.
