Positive: Lots of options for food throughout the day, snack bars pancakes, beach bar etc. The entertainment staff were so kind and friendly and the pools had something for everyone.
Negative: The general staff - receptionists and spa staff - were not friendly at all. They actually made us feel quite unwelcome and like we were causing them a burden. We were the only English people in the hotel from what the entertainment staff told us and we actually felt slightly discriminate by this. The main staff were quite rude to us, and from what we could see they were not like this with anyone else. We were very polite and easy going customers I couldn’t see why we were being treated this way. Super unhelpful and ruined what was otherwise a fantastic hotel. (This does not include restaraunt or entertainment staff they were lovely)
Summary: Wouldn’t reccomend staying here if you’re English.
