Summary: The hotel group arranged my transfer from the ferry to the property. The driver was instructed not to speak to me and to take me to a different “sister property.” I was taken to this property without consent. Upon arrival, they tried to tell me that they were surprising me with an upgraded suite, but the property was approximately $150 less than the booked Suites of the Gods, and did not have the view that was advertised. Only after complaining and insisting did they take me to the Suites of the Gods. It was time consuming and not a relaxing experience. The Suites of the Gods hotel was beautiful- it was a shame they tried to pull a bait and switch.
